A space to lead with clarity, confidence, and connection.

Women physicians are expected to lead in clinics, teams, and institutions—often without formal leadership training and rarely with a room full of peers who truly understand the stakes.

Lead Your Way is a small-group coaching program designed to change that. Co-facilitated by Gretchen Rickards, MD, and Diane Shannon, MD, MPH, it blends practical skill-building with the kind of real conversation that only happens when women physicians are in a room together. You'll leave each session with something you can use immediately—and a circle of peers who have your back long after the program ends.

Not another webinar. A working cohort.

Lead Your Way is small, intentional, and skills-based. We spend time in real conversation—not listening to slides—so you leave each session with frameworks and language you can use at your very next meeting, difficult conversation, or leadership decision.

Every session is designed around the actual leadership challenges women physicians navigate: visibility without overextension, boundaries without burning bridges, influence without apology.

Because leadership shouldn't feel this lonely.
